What will candidates do to enforce PILOT program committments, both future and past?
Do the candidates believe that the existing school board structure will help us resolve the looming school budget crisis?
At a time when interest rates are at historic lows, why is the city burdening taxpayers with an 8.5% interest rate for 15 years to postpone pension contributions for only one year?
With traffic increasing and traffic safety worsening, why isnt the city acting effectively to repair broken pedestrian traffic signals, reduce illegal parking at key constrained intersections like greene and montgomery, and enhance rush hour pedestrian safety at locations like washington and morris?
Piggybacking on the traffic comment, are there any ideas on more closely regulating the "jitney buses"? These buses clog up the roadway, stealing revenue from the public mass transit and they often stop without pulling out of the traffic bogging all traffic.
